Itay Chen, known as HAYON 427, is a Haifa-based artist who illustrates the city's colorful people, places, and sights with bold, expressive detail. While studying medicine at the Technion in Haifa, he continues to pursue his passion for art. His pen name pays tribute to his grandparents’ surname, and "427" represents his family’s laundry number in Kibbutz Megiddo
