משלוחים בתוך ישראל

איסוף ללא עלות מהחנות של מזח – תחנת העיצוב של חיפה בכתובת: סירקין 21 (קומה 2), חיפה. 

האיסוף יתבצע רק לאחר קבלת עדכון שההזמנה מוכנה לאיסוף. לבירור סטטוס ההזמנה ניתן לפנות אלינו בכתובת המייל:

משלוח עד הבית בשירות שליחים בתוך 4-7 ימי עסקים (ימי עסקים הינם ימי חול ואינם כוללים סופי שבוע, חגים ומועדים וערבי חג. יום ההזמנה אינו נחשב ליום עסקים): 35 ש"ח. 

משלוח בינלאומי

*ניתן להזמין מוצר במשלוח אקספרס, בעלות נוספת. מחירי המשלוחים תלויים במיקום, ובמשקל וגודל החבילה.

** עם ביצוע ההזמנה, ישלח אליך מייל אישור המכיל מספר מעקב אחר החבילה וקישור למעקב אחריה. 

החזרות

ניתן לבצע החזרה למוצר כל עוד לא נעשה בו שימוש כלשהו והוא נתון באריזתו המקורית. 

ההחזרה תתבצע על ידך לחנות של מזח – תחנת העיצוב של חיפה, בכתובת: סירקין 21 (קומה 2) חיפה, לאחר תיאום מראש באמצעות המייל ובהצגת קבלה עבור הרכישה או פתק החלפה. 

בהחזרת מוצר בתוך 14 יום מהרכישה, כרטיס האשראי אשר חויב בעסקה יזוכה במחיר המוצר המוחזר, ללא דמי ביטול. בכל מקרה, לא יזוכו דמי המשלוח אשר שולמו.

בהחזרה מעל 14 יום מביצוע הרכישה (ועד 30 יום מביצוע הרכישה), ניתן יהיה לבצע החלפה במוצר ממוצרי החנות או לחלופין לקבל זיכוי לרכישה ממוצרי החנות. 

לאחר 30 יום מביצוע הרכישה, לא נוכל להציע החזר כספי או אפשרות החלפה. 

*ניתן להחזיר/להחליף מוצר אשר נרכש במחיר מלא בלבד.

Door-to-door courier shipping, 4-7 business days: 35 NIS.

*We can provide express shipping if necessary for an extra fee. Prices vary according to location, weight, and size.
**Upon ordering the item, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a tracking number and link where you can follow the whereabouts of your package. 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it.
Please contact us by email with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return at mezach.design@gmail.com.The returned items will be returned by you to our address: 21 Sirkin st., Haifa, Israel.   
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 business days from the delivery date on all merchandise in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. 
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 
The refund will be made under the same conditions in which the original transaction was committed (if paid in installments, the refund will also be made in installments).
Please note: For PayPal purchases, money reimbursement can only be made through the online store.
